Saturday night me and a few friends went camping, overnight some storms developed and rolled through the area and as the last storm rolled through it had a lot of CG lightning. One of the lightning strikes we could tell struck nearby, very bright flash and very loud. Once the storm passed and we headed out we discovered a tree not far from our campsite that was struck by lightning. Stuttery audio on CD and DVD playback. Much worse on DVD. Independent of software player...but some players are better than others. Sony laptop PCG-FXA36. Video is fine. Audio is terrible. Hi All. I have an Xbox with an Xecuter 3 chip and a 120gig HDD running XBMC just fine (early 07 build) I just got another xbox with same Xecuter 3 chip and a 250gig HDD, but no software on it. I've FTP'd into it under the X3 bios and both appear to have identical drive structure (c,d,e,f,x,y,z) so I dumped all my folders across in the exact locations as on my working unit. When I boot I get the logo and an error about t:\guisettings.xml, I can now FTP in under the nfilezilla ftp server but the drive structure on the new xbox is now different to that of my working one under filezilla. It is a bit overwhelming to see this many number of classes and stuff. I'm doing xml related stuff using the tutorial here (http://www.kirupa.com/net/reading_xml_directly_pg1.htm), and there are 4 classes used in the first 5 lines of code. Of course, it's not too difficult once one can get used to it, but right now it seems too much. Also, because of this "overwhelmity," it's a bit confusing as to what class to choose/use for one's own purpose. There's like xmldocument, xmlDataDocument, xmlReader. They either extend another, or do a bit different thing than the other. All this makes things too confusing... How did you deal with that? I've FTP'd into it under the X3 bios and both appear to have identical drive structure (c,d,e,f,x,y,z) so I dumped all my folders across in the exact locations as on my working unit. It is a bit overwhelming to see this many number of classes and stuff. I'm doing xml related stuff using the tutorial here (http://www.kirupa.com/net/reading_xml_directly_pg1.htm), and there are 4 classes used in the first 5 lines of code. Of course, it's not too difficult once one can get used to it, but right now it seems too much. Also, because of this "overwhelmity," it's a bit confusing as to what class to choose/use for one's own purpose. There's like xmldocument, xmlDataDocument, xmlReader. They either extend another, or do a bit different thing than the other. All this makes things too confusing... How did you deal with that?
